I have been in hospital since 22nd November 2021 due to çovid and tonight I tried to order something from a website and went to pay via PayPal only to be told I have to get a call or text but both numbers on file are out of date numbers.I contacted PayPal and told them that due to çovid damage I am unable to speak and I may never be able to speak ever again but they won't let me find another way to sort it out
