Need to pay PayPal credit but can't via my browser.

Hello.

 

I lost the old mobile phone I was using to access Paypal and Paypal Credit. I didn't have a mobile sim but i just used it via wi-fi.

I have a Paypal Credit payment to make and I thought I would be able to do via the web page on my browser.

But I can't get an authentication text or authenticate via app, because I've no mobile, and my landline number is out of date too!

 

Can anyone suggest a solution? I'm based in the UK and I'll need to wait until 8am to try to call them.

You would need to add a mobile once you have accessed your paypal account >>>

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
