I didn't able change my name please help me

What files do you upload in the second category for the name change, like the marriage contract, contract of divorce, and deed poll? I'm never married and neither divorced and I never changed my name as what a deed poll is used for. I just want to match my ATM card's name with my Paypal Profile name. I only have option 1 which is a file of my government-issued ID. Besides that, the three options don't apply to me. What do I need to do? Thanks.

Is there a 'limit' of times to do a 'Minor' change?

Good evening sir/mam please help me with my problem, I really need to change the name of my Paypal  account in order for me to link my paypal account to my Gcash I'm just new in this service hope you could help me. If you could help me I really need to change my name into JONNY JR ENOPIA. please i hope you could help me. 

Because when I change my name it has errors only 1-2 characters that need to be change

@kernowlass I wanted to add my middle name to my paypal name so it would link with my gcash account, i submitted, 2 government IDs and my birth certificate, after 2 weeks still no update, my account dosent have my complete name still has no middle name and it wont link with my gcash account

Changing name us made practically impossible by PayPal. I have send several messages about my official name change, but no ansver, just automessage. They atomated name change system is asking all kind of irrelevant papers and don't work at all. In account detail there is PASSPORT number, there us all the information they need to verify my official name. I have no other option than close my account and made new one. But then i lost my premium status that i had since 2004. PayPal used to be good service , now it is bad, because they customer service if a fail. Probably they want only US customers because they don't bother fix time zone nor name change issue, nor they ansver any communication by customer. Just automessage, nothing more.

I have emailed couple of times and no response too...tried calling them and can't get thru the contact number given.

Uploaded documents, still no response from Paypal.

Why is it that the Paypal help system operates like a pigeon (yes the bird), you send messages, every iteration takes multiple days, and you get nonsensical responses, likely exacerbated by the fact the no operator can ascertain a situation thru fragmented messaging. All of this is coming at the cost of your customers.

If I don't get my name changed within 48hrs, I'll go public and I'll also go to your competitors. It's easier to be proactive than reactive and I can make you reactive thru a tidal-wave of negative publicity.

Do the right thing for your customers, if you want them to stay customers. Otherwise, continue building your bureaucracy, we'll see if you get too big to fail.
