My recurring payments, for my customers, doesn't show a logo or name

I have a bunch of users who send me recurring payments. When they try to cancel they have difficulty canceling it because of the way the payment shows up without an icon or a name (see attached photo). When I view my own profile I can see my photo and name; I'd expect that photo and name to show up on other users automatic payments, but it just looks blank. This causes confusion because it doesn't really look like the automatic payment exists for me so I have to tell them to click the blank spot.
My account I believe is just a personal account--like a decade ago I set it as a merchant account or something like that, but it appears to just be a standard account now. I'm concerned about swapping to a business account because I can't find any information on what happens to the existing automatic payments I'm receiving. I don't want to alter my account and have the payment agreements terminate.
