My old address - cannot delete

In my PayPal account settings, my address is shown correctly.

However, when I have placed an order and ready to hit "pay the vendor", an old incorrect address shows up.  There's no way to edit on that screen.

A recent shipment went astray and that's the only thing I can think of that caused it. How can I delete the old address?

If the correct address is in your paypal profile then that is what paypal will use.

HOWEVER merchants save addresses and sometimes they auto-fill during the checkout process.

So go to that merchants website and check your old address has been updated on there?

Nope. First order ever from this vendor. When I look at My Account, address is correct. But as I’m placing order, info from PayPal shows my old address. Frustrating!

Paypal do store 'gift' addresses so best reach out to them and ask them to remove any you have linnked?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
