I am trying to change my address on my profile and I keep getting the same error message. It states, "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." Then, when I follow the link, I click on "message center" to try and communicate with someone who can help me, and I receive ANOTHER error message stating, "We're unable to load this message.please click Contact Us for more assistance." Then, I once again follow the link to contact them, hit the "message us" bubble in the bottom right corner, I, yet again, get ANOTHERR error message stating, "Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable. Please close this window and select another contact option." Any idea what I should do here since I keep getting the run around?
