Messenger receipt attachment unavailable

Hi I used to get all of my receipts from PayPal through on messenger but it now say attachment unavailable - any idea please?

Hello @CarolynPrior,

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving receipts via Messenger. Have you tried turning the Messenger notification function off and back on again? That normally does the trick. Here's how: 

1. Go to your Settings.
2. Click Notifications.
3. Next to Messenger, check or uncheck the box.
