Login fails on Paypal App for IPad (and only there)

I can login to to PayPal Web, to Paypal App on my Smartphone, but on Paypal App for iPad my signon is rejected. Any idea or solution?

Having the same problem as well. I deleted the app and redownloaded it in hopes it would solve the problem and sure enough it did not.

So welcome to the club… i saw one solution proposing to reset all network settings. I did not try that not wanting to loose all passwords for WLANs i am using

In this case I use an android mobile application. When finished entering the auth code it says "Call us to confirm your info" but when using the paypal web app there is no such question. After entering the auth code, I was asked to enter the code sent via tel. But when in the mobile application it is not. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues logging into the mobile app. After a bit of research, it does look like our tech support teams may be researching a similar issue. While this is being researched, please make sure you report this issue on www.paypal-support.com . Once you're on that page, click Contact us at the bottom of the page, Log in with PayPal, then fill out the information in all the required fields.

 

In the meantime, have you tried logging in through paypal.com on your browser?
