I have businesses account on the name of my father, he died few months ago , I tried to change the name of the account and sent PayPal all information and they blocked my account, I tried to log in and it’s says problem in log in. I have money in the account, what should I do? How can I contact them by mail?

You can't change a name on a paypal account unless its a business name.

You should really have withdrawn the funds and closed the account as per link.
