Limited Access of my paypal account.

Just created a PayPal account (weekend today) and I received an email to confirm my identity. After attaching my identity, I was sent that my account was restored. When i went to link my bank account, it did not allow it as i had limited access. Why is there limited access? Is it until PayPal verifies my identity confirmation document? Further, I am nationality of a different country and currently residing in a different country. I provided the address details of my currently residing country and passport of my home country. Will this affect anything?

Wait a few days without logging on before continuing to link bank/card.

It should be ok, as long as you legally reside in your current country signing up with Australia-based physical address, phone, etc.

Got to give some time for the security system to reset/cool down.
