I've recently had a problem that the PayPal two factor code entry page would come up blank, with only the Contact etc links showing - no boxes to enter the numbers.
After spending some time disabling and removing Chrome extensions, I finally worked out that I needed to disable the LastPass Password Manager extension. Since I've been phasing out using it since they changed their free usage policy, I'm not that bothered, but wondered if anyone else could confimr that this is an issue?
