If I am filed under my parents' taxes, would I use their tax ID for my PayPal or do I need my own?

I've been trying to contact PayPal about this issue for a few days now but my question seems to keep getting misunderstood, should I be using the tax ID of my parents that I'm filed under right now or do I need to get my own tax ID?

That's a great question, and thank you for asking it! Information on your account should only be your own. Your own SSN should be used for your identification if it's a Personal account, and if it's a Business account, you would need the tax ID specific to your business.
