I'm unable to update my linked bank account's information.

Hi everyone,

I recently set up my PayPal account and linked my bank account to my profile. Today I got a letter from my bank saying that the account number I gave PayPal was wrong and that I should update it so no future payments get rejected (I think this letter was triggered by the small deposits/withdrawal used to confirm the account?). I went to update my bank's information on the "Wallet" tab, but there was no option to update the linked account's information. Is it possible to update a linked bank account's account number after it's been confirmed? I have an invoice payment on hold that is going to this account, so I'd like to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

Have to use the correct bank info to add it like it’s a new bank account. Once you confirmed the new bank, you can go ahead and remove the old bank. But make sure to update any automatic payments using the incorrect bank account before removal.

If you can’t add the bank instantly, type some letters into the bank search bar and delete a few letters, then the option to add bank manually will appear.
