Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you're unable to login into your account. I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps in the following Help Center articles: 

 

What can I do if I can't log in?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

 

Also, I recommend you disable the 2FA as of now. Here's a help center article with more information: How do I turn on or off 2-step verification for PayPal account login? If you're still running into issues after that, please reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
