I have a new phone number and I have to respond to DPS2 control

I change the phone number and now I have to respond to DPS2 it means that I will receive call or sms or WhatsApp on that number which is no more available How to do ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern to access your PayPal account. If you have changed the phone number and do not have access to the phone number linked with your account then you need to contact our phone support team to complete the verification. You can contact our phone support team by clicking on Help at the bottom of the PayPal Website > Contact us > Password and account access > Login Problems. Call us or Call us as a guest will appear.

Isn't there another way? I've called 3 times, no one answers...
