I can't use One Touch anymore

I can't find it anywhere, it seems to be missing and when i search it on Google it redirects to Paypal homepage.

Go to account settings and click “Security” link to turn it on. Another way to turn it is to check the “Stay logged on”  box when you log in to PayPal to pay.
