I can't close my account

When I'm trying to close my account I always received the message "We can't recognize that it's you...."

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you want to close your PayPal account. Please reconsider! If there's a chance that you might want to use PayPal in the future, it's a good idea to keep your account open. There's no fee to keep your account open. However, here's a Help Center to guide you through closing your account and removing the bank
