2fa phone lost

I lost my phone and now i can't log in my account , i have the password the e-mail and the secret question but i don't know how to remove 2fa security , i can change password but i can't remove 2fa

Also, I recommend you disable the 2FA as of now. Here's a help center article with more information:  How do I turn on or off 2-step verification for PayPal account login?
