I am unable to close my account and I am unable to change account type from business to personal?

I need to change my business account to personal because I am unable to use it. Paypal keeps asking for a form that we don't have here in Iceland. I have tried to close it, but paypal wont let me. It says that I need to remove credit cards from the account, but paypal wont let me do that either, and doesnt specify a reason. I have also tried to change my account from business to personal, but I cannot do that either. So now I am stuck and unable to use paypal or create a new account 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and can assist me with this problem?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
