I NEED HUMAN HELP!

I am unable to have a document accepted to verify my address. I have had the account for a long time and am no longer living in the country where I opened the account. I need to empty my account and close it. Without the document I cannot do it. I need CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP. Yet for some reason PayPal are impossible to contact.

for the address, you need a document with your name, first name, address, city, country, dating from less than 12 months.
an official document (administrative ...), confirming the information on your paypal account.

for example
bank statement with bank letterhead.
insurance card
tax sheet
....

if you are having trouble reaching paypal, you can do so on twitter and facebook.

paypal is present on both. all you have to do is "send a private message"

Hi Thanks for your response. Unfortunately as I travel around the world, I don't have a permanent resident. So it is impossible for me to provide a document. I just want to empty the account and close it. I will have to find a different service that suits my lifestyle.
