How to reset my password?

I have forgot my password and decided to change my password. I send a code at my phone and my signal here is too low so I receive my text delay. In my mistake, I got impatient and repeatedly reentering a code. Suddenly It wouldn't allow me to reset my password, Because they couldn't confirm it's me. I hope someone will help me fix this problem.
