How do I open a PayPal Account in Europe?

I have had an account with PayPal for more than 20 years.

Now I live part of the time in Europe and have a European bank account.

I would like to pay for things using my European bank account.

It seems like I cannot add that bank account to my US Paypal because there is no option for addresses outside the US.

I called the PayPal support line and was told I had to set up a new account with a new email.

I tried to so that but when I put in the new email to create an account, I can't do it. I keeps telling me that I already have an account but it takes me to the login with the email address that I have used for many years.

Does anyone know what I can do?

What specific country in Europe are you trying to open the new account?

Are you using a different device to open new account because PayPal remembers device with account.
