I wan't to close my account, but when I try to do it, it says there is some "issue to be solved" before I can close my account, and that I need to contact support. But when I try to contact support, it links me to either this forum or a phone call system that I really don't wanna do. I wanna email them or solve this issue by text somewhere. What can I do? I just want to close my account. Thank you.
