Welcome to the PayPal Community! You should always register the account you're creating with PayPal with your legal first and last name. If you've created an account with the wrong name, you may want to close the account and register it with the correct information. Also, after a bit of research, it looks like you are only able to send money through accounts registered in Belarus. With that in mind, we wouldn't recommend creating an account with a business name since you wouldn't be able to sell items through PayPal.
