How can I call PayPal for account verification if I'm from the Philippines?

How can I call PayPal for account verification if I'm from the Philippines? I called the US hotline and whenever they will transfer me to PH support, the line gets disconnected. I already tried 3x. I also tried calling the number from this link and requesting for a callback, but nothing.

I see you're facing issues verifying your account and to call us. In this case, please check if you have a message us option by following the below steps. You can also drop us a message and we should be able to help you. Here's how to message us: Click in contact us from the PayPal website> Password and security>login problems> click on Message us Icon and chose chat without logging in option.
