How can I call PayPal for account verification if I'm from the Philippines? I called the US hotline and whenever they will transfer me to PH support, the line gets disconnected. I already tried 3x. Hi. I have a linked but unconfirmed card and I have a linked bank account as well. However, when I try to send money, PayPal only shows "Please add a payment option" and when I add a card, the page just refreshes. Can anyone please help me fix this?
