How Long Does the Process of Changing Names

Hi people! I need to add my full name so it matches my bank account name. I have clicked change my name section and I submitted the documents already, how long does it take to process until I can change my name?

You can change it for a 2 character minor error OR for legal reasons like marriage for example.

You can't change a whole name so if you are trying to change a large part of your name it may not be possible.

Your best bet is to check with customer services and if they can't change it for you then close that account and open one in your correct full legal name?

You would need to remove everything from the old account first and wait for all transactions to finish including cancelling subscriptions etc.
