Wow...nobody has been able to figure this out!? Why does Paypal have to make everything so bloody effing impossible!!?? I'm just trying to sell things on Ebay, same problem, suddenly need to verify my account..(it hasn't been verified for the past 10 years I've been using it???)..I've already got 2 bank accounts, a debit card and three credit cards linked and have for years..so do I need to add ANOTHER new bank account?? I'm not going to get approved for paypal credit I tried before and in the financial crisis I'm in my credit is definitely not doing well! This would be an awesome time for someone that actually works for paypal to step in and HELP US ALL OUT!!! Oh and I think I can speak for the majority of the people chatting on this thread and add that we are in the United States of America.
No the majority on here are not U.S, lots of other countries and also a lot of posters that have not specified which country they are in.
Verification varies country to country.
If you want customer services then click help & contact bottom of this page for the options available for your country if you don't want volunteers helping you.

agreed I"ve linked my bank account and my debit cards as well, and still nothing. The way u make it sound it looks like we wont get it. Now my question is so until we're verified we cant do business or get funds from this account then whats the point. For them to say they have this many people signed up. Its truly ridiculous.
I am having the same problem also. If you ask me it's a bunch of bs. I went and chatted with a representative and they said I was absolutely verified so why am I still having problems. They really need to fix this it's obviously a major problem.
