Hi, I cant change address from American to Serbian

I can't change my US address to Serbian, because when I enter my card details, the only address in the address field is America as a country and I can't change anything, help

Why did you open a U.S paypal account instead of a Serbian one?

You need to close that one and open one in your own country as paypal is country specific.
