Hi! I tried to log into my account but wont let me anymore. Whenever I try trouble logging in - I allows me to put the email address and has a green check mark on it - then when I ask to send or reset the password to my email associated to my email it won't let me and will say sorry we cant confirm its you. I still have a balance on my paypal account. I hope you could all help me! pls! This is the secondary account, I can't log in to the main account. Help

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
