Why doesn't PayPal have Customer Service and How can I get rid of the notification badge that won't go away after reading the notification? By the way, even posting this question has been a miniature nightmare in itself - about three or four times it asks for a new item whcich was already entered like the question label I had to tag three times before it stuck and while typing here nothing was being typed - I have to click on the field again because the cursor just flies off somewhere and stops typi ... there it went again - three times the text just stopped and I had to reinitiate this post. It really sucks - what kind of bozos operate this site? Correct the hightlighted errors and try again for the 5th time!! OK 6 times now! What is the error this time? Why can't I submit this question??? 7 times now that this thing wants me to correct some highlighted error - there are no errors - nothing is highlighted - what is the error?? 8 times now whith a highlighted error problem preventing this from posting - this is total BS 9 times now!
