I am not able to add my paypal account on webiste it shows error is as "we are sorry, due to government regulations, buyers having a billing address in idia cannot use paypal to make payment to selers registered in india"

please help

Because India PayPal accounts can only do international transactions. No local transactions with other PayPal India users. Your merchant is also based in India so it’s not allowed.

Actually my website I use for international transactions only and i had an account which was working I just want to edit and add new account
