I can log into PayPal but I can’t do anything. Then I try to click on my picture to make changes I get redirected to a message sorry we couldn’t confirm it you. Help me please.

Thank you for making a post here.
I see you're facing issues with your PayPal account and are receiving error message. If the error is 'We are unable to confirm you', it means the system needs more information from you. In such cases, it might be necessary to contact PayPal over the phone and verify your details. You can visit PayPal website and click on Contact option to find the number.
You can also try with the trouble shooting steps like clearing cache, cookies and using a different device or browser in order to login.
