Solved: Face ID on iPhone

With Face ID I can open the app on my iPhone, but I have to enter my password for every transaction. Is this normal or do I have to alter a setting somewhere? Thank you.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This sounds like designed functionality. Although you're logged in to the app and have set up Face ID to log you in quickly, you may still need to enter your password during the checkout process.
