I forget my password of another main account. this is my secondary new id just created for help so that I can do stuff with my first id. I forget mine password of main account(not this one) and also lost sim connected to it this is the problem I created that account time ago but I do not used I opened for future purpose .in that account as a security check only phone number is added so I cannot login and I had issue may be I had not verified that email at that time so option of email is not available I guess.
now I just want to unlink that email from account and delete that so I can make new one with perfect stuffs .please hep me how can I do so
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
