Error inputting required information

Hello there! I’m having an issue with my personal business account. As of right now, I am just using it for personal payments, however I am an artist and am hoping to use it when I open up for commissions eventually. I got an email a while ago telling me to input more information for the business account, however every time I go to follow the link and add said information, the link just takes me to an error when I log in, so I haven’t been able to input it. I’m running out of time as it told me me to input it before the 22nd, but every time I’ve tried, it won’t let me. How can I go about resolving this? Thank you.

See if customer services can send you an email link to send it.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
