Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? good advise but a joke when so many account holders carnt find a basic support telephone number , real staff live online chat , a customer support email address
and best option is facebook or twitter which for me dont use these spy on services .
and paypal request all our info for secuirty reasons if they were a new company they would look so dodgy right now.

Unfortunately your only option is to keep calling their so-called support number. It took me 30 attempts before I got to speak to an agent. PayPal does not reply to emails.
How can I get to speak with an agent/ representative. This texting back and forth isn’t working for me. Does anyone else feel that avoidance is done purposely. While the rest of the country is back at work PayPal is shutting down anything to help its people take care of any issues.
