Creating a business account to recieve Streamlabs Tips

I am trying to connect a PayPal account to start accepting payments on Streamlabs for my Twitch.tv channel but when I log in, I type in my email and country and then press Next nothing happens. I am using Google Chrome, and Windows 10.

I am creating a new business account instead of transferring my person to a business.

Talk to their sales team to get preapproval for live streaming/broadcasting, while you’re at it, have them fix the onboarding issue:

Or could be you need to clear browser cache/cookies, update your browser and restart your device or use Firefox instead.

So I have attached a few links of images of the process I am going through.

I get stuck at the very last one that doesn't let me press next to "Connect a PayPal account to start accepting payments on Streamlabs".
