I am not residing in USA, and I have started a web development company with EIN issued
I have following questions.
0- When creating business account, is ITIN equivalent to SSN?
1- Does Paypall allows to create a business account (with all due verifications from my side) with the EIN and my US bank account number?
I am supposed to get the ITIN number (if I apply today) at the end of February. But if I do that much wait, it will be loss to my organization.
2- Can I use my personal account to charge payments to my customers (my transactions would be around USD 10k+ monthly),
3- secondly, If I charge to my customers, can I display my company name insted of my name?
