Corporate PayPal - proof of identity as a non-resident of the country

Hi there! Can you please tell me who knows - if I have a company in Georgia, but I have Russian citizenship - due to Russian limitations I can register a corporate PayPal? Thank in advance!

You need to open an account in the same country as where the owner of the account is located. If not, you will eventually run into difficulties.
