Confirming identification

I cant send money on PayPal at the moment without confirming my ID. When I login I have all required docs submitted but one section on shareholders of the business. In this section I include my name, DOB, current address but when I click on the 'Nationality' drop down and select my country it logs me back to the dashboard! I have tried this many times now and same result. I have never changed my nationality. Any ideas?

You have a paypal account registered in Ireland so does your address reflect that country?
