Complain about a service agent

Hello,

I just had an horrible experience with PayPal's customer service, the agent literally yelled at me and weren't willing to help. While I did not do anything but asking questions trying to understand the situation.

I honestly never encountered such situation before.

Couldn't find anywhere on the Help Center where I can make such complaint.
