By way of background- I have no money in my PayPal account and have no amounts due in my PayPal Credit account. I haven't used either account for years.
Want to close my PayPal account but when trying to do so PayPal says I have a PayPal Credit account which must be closed first. I called the number and talked to an automated voice and instructed it to close my PayPal credit account. It said it did so and would send an email confirming that. So far no confirmation letter has come through to my email.
Regardless, I want to close my entire PayPal account(s) and don't want to spend any more time on this.
At this point in time it has become similar to Long John Silver's parrot named "Captain Flint".....who mostly says, "Pieces of eight....pieces of eight"
All I get from PayPal is repetitive automated responses that haven't solved any problems I'm having.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
