I'm in a similar situation. The PP credit account was closed on Sunday (might have been Saturday?) Tried to close the regular PP account multiple times which has no money in it. I haven't used PP in over a year and never used the PP credit account. Both PP credit and PP regular account "agents" say, "talk to the other to solve this problem". In other words, nothing is accomplished. My PP credit account is indeed closed, I took a screen shot of it "as closed" and have some silly 4 digit confirmation number. PP talks about sending them an email. This cannot be done- there's no email capability unless they're referring to the "text" message thing they have on here. My guess is PP is deliberately causing these problems as punishment for those of us who want to close their accounts. PP stock dropped over 10% today and I think the share holders, who are the only ones that matter to PP, are furious and want those accounts held and not closed. You see, if we close en mass that's the end of PP. Telephone support is beyond awful. Keywords to look up- World Economic Forum, The Great Reset, Central Bank Digital Currency. Oh, crypto currency (crapto-currency) is merely speculative and a fools game. You can keep your crapto and I'll keep my cash. Let's see who survives longer after the power goes out. Crapto is similar to the lottery which is simply a tax on stupid people. Think it's a joke? You'll believe it when it happens to you.
