Cannot update security info via Chrome

I want to add security questions and wanted to update other account info, but keep getting a 'sorry we are unable to .......'. Is it my end or Paypal's, assume the latter, but want yo update security in my account. Plus on my desktop I can see list of devices to manage but can't when looking on Android phone via Chrome

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to update your security questions and account information. I understand how concerning this would be. 

 

Please clear your cache and cookies and try logging in to your PayPal account using a different browser. After doing this, please try to change your security questions. You can also visit the Help Center article here to view steps on how to update your security questions.
