Cannot set country in company address

Hi,

I am trying to open a business account. My business is in Estonia. PayPal directs me to a "Get verified" page on logging in and asks me to type in the business address. But it wants a US address. 

I called support. That went nowhere (on hold forever, then call shifted to another person... didn't solve it.). 

I thought, "Okay, let me try paypal.ee and sign up again."

I did. 

But when I select "Business" as the type of account, it sends me to the US site. 

I also can't edit any settings because I keep getting sent back to the Business Address page which wants a US business address. 

How can I type in my Estonian business address in my account?

Sounds as if you have opened a U.S paypal account instead of one for your own country.

When you click to register U.S is the default option top of the list as paypal is a U.S company.

So you click on the drop down arrow and scroll down to open one in your own country.

You can't use a U.S paypal account it won't work for you.
