Cannot confirm email!

Hi! I cannot get my email to confirm. I click the link in the email, sign in and it says “page not found”. I cannot accept my payment until my account is confirmed. I have two emails, was able to confirm the non primary but that email isn’t even showing up in my account. TIA!!!!
