Everytime I go to buy or send money I get a screen that says "add a phone number for verification/proof but I do have a number associated/on this account and when I go to put it in it says "invalid number" I've bought the number and have had it on this account for a while why is it doing this?
Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account? Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
