Cancelling 1 account and opening a new one. How??

My son has my paypal account saved onto his computer and uses it to pay for his many online games without permission. I have many times used the manage payment and cancelations option and still get the deductions. telling me he uses my info to resign up. How can I cancel this paypal account and open a new one?

Don’t need to close account.

Do these 4 things:

A. Cancel the automatic payments (again).

Here’s how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:    

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click the Payments tab.
3. Click Manage Automatic Payments.
4. Click the merchant to deactivate.
5. On this page, you can cancel the automatic payment.

B. Remove permissions.

Here's how you can manage your personal data and privacy settings:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Data & Privacy.
3. Select Permissions you’ve given.
4. Remove relevant sites if any.

C. Remove devices.

1. Go to Settings. 
2. Click Security. 
3. Click Manage next to "Manage your logins".
4. Click Remove next to all devices.

D. Change password and add a new primary email address and remove your old email address, set up 2FA.

E. Remember to delete all the emails from PayPal of all the changes you made so your son can’t see it.

F. Protect and secure your devices so he can’t get access it. ie. Change your phone/computer unlock code. Remove all the old auto-saved PayPal passwords of browser in your devices.

G. (Optional) Tell your son to cut it out or get a job to pay for his games.
