Can't login with my business account

Hello I been having a problem with my business account I forgot my password so when I am trying reset my password it doesn't specify work with me I got this message Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you , how can I fixed that issue Thank you

Thank you for your post. I understand that you are unable to log in to your account. I completely sense how disturbing it can be. Please refer to this link. If you are still unable to access your account then contacting PayPal customer support is the best way to fix the problem.

You may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your internet browser. If you can't log in because you forgot your password, proceed straight to PayPal. Enter your email to have a new password sent to you.
